kde-config ?????????

Panie i panowie mam duży problem z instalacją programu tak na próbę bo na linux muszę się jeszcze wielu rzeczy nauczyć. jest to pierwszy program który ręcznie instaluję ( próbuję)  basket-1.0.3.1. Jest on już rozpakowany w terminalu.

I wyskakuje mi błąd wiem że KDE to ogólnie środowisko graficzne ale próbowałem już różnych aktualizacji w terminalu i nic. Co mam zrobić i gdzie robię jakiś błąd
