Czy ktoś wie gdzie mogę zmienić ustawienie zwiększania szybkości przewijania kółka w myszy. Myślę że jest to element którego zabrakło aplikacji dostosowywania ustawień myszy. Czy jest może jakiś plik z parametrami tej opcji ?

Nic z tego nie rozumiem, jaką następnie komendą mógłbym zmieniać liczby występujące w wyniku ?
Dlaczego mysz występuje z czterema id ?

Przykro mi bardzo, natomiast aplikacja nie działa. Suwam i zatwierdzam szybkość i żadnej reakcji.

wykonałem kompletnie tutoriala którego podrzuciłeś w linku. Któraś z komend wrzuciła na pulpit ikonę Mouse Wheel Adjustment. Po ustawieniu maksymalnie szybkiego przewijania i zastosowania nie ma żadnej różnicy. Program nie ma wpływu.

Trochę za mało informacji.
Brak pokazania co robiłeś krok po kroku i co się pojawiało w terminalu.
Nie jesteśmy tu od zgadywania tylko od analizowania, a jak nie ma czego analizować ...

Pokaż przynajmniej czy jest to co najważniejsze, czyli
