Posiadam laptopa ThinkPad a485 który ma dwie baterie jedną wbudowaną a drugą wyjmowaną.
Jak rozwiązać problem żeby system poprawnie korzystał z obu z nich ?
Obecnie wygląda to tak że gdy obie bateria są zamontowane to system korzysta tylko z 2 wyjmowanej, a na wewnętrznej cały czas pokazuje 0%.
Gdy poziom 2 baterii spadnie to nie przełącza się na wewnętrzna, a w momencie wyjęcia 2 baterii nagle zaczyna pokazywać że wewnętrzna jest naładowana i normalnie na niej pracuje.
Jest to mój pierwszy laptop z dwiema bateriami więc nie wiem jak powinno wyglądać zarządzanie zasilaniem, ale przewidywałem że po rozładowaniu jednej będzie przechodził na drugą lub sumował czas pracy z energii obu baterii.
Witam ponownie. Posiadam zewnętrzną kartę Wi-Fi AWUS036AC. Moje pytanie dotyczy trybu monitora. Mam tu na myśli polecenie airmon-ng. Po jego wprowadzeniu pojawiają się na stepujące błędy : błąd: Interface 15mon is too long for linux so it will be renamed to the old style (wlan#) name.ERROR adding monitor mode interface: command failed: Operation not supported (-95). Następuje kompletne zawieszenie się systemu - pomaga tylko jego "twarde " wyłączenie.Wydaje mi się, że po prostu karta nie obsługuje tego trybu. Oglądałem kilka filmów na YT, ale wszystkie opierają się na "ingerencji" w GRUB-a. Wcześniej jednak wolę zapytać specjalistów.

w Windows należało wybrać w ustawieniach dźwięku sample rate na 96kHz, inaczej DAC pracował w trybie 48kHz.
Czy jest jakaś możliwość w Mincie ustawić domyślną jakość dla używanego urządzenia? Co ciekawe, robiąc test kanałów w ustawieniach dźwięku, DAC samoistnie przestawia się na moment w tryb 48kHz, ale wszędzie indziej, niezależnie od jakości odtwarzanych plików, pracuje w trybie 44.1kHz.

Tytułem wstępu z góry przepraszam, bo wiem że ten wątek był już omawiany na forum, ale ja niestety nadal mam problem z uruchomieniem skanera w urządzeniu Brother DCP-J315W. Jestem początkującym użytkownikiem MINTa i nie wszystko jest dla mnie jasne.
Drukarkę instalowałem zgodnie z opisem z tego wątku https://forum-old.linuxmint.pl/index.php...l#msg65451
Sama drukarka ma ustawiony na routerze stały IP i po takim też IP śmiga jak sieciowa. Właściwości drukarki mówią, że jest podpięta pod dnssd ... cokolwiek to znaczy.
Niestety nie mogę używać skanera w aplikacji simple-scan, ani w żadnej innej. Po podpięciu pod USB w simple-scan dostaje komunikat że wykryto skaner Brother, ale konieczne są dodatkowe sterowniki ....

Próbowałem od nowa zrobić cały proces instalacyjny tych 6 plików z Brother ... po wpisaniu numeru modelu w terminalu, wyskakuje zapytanie o serwer PROXY i dalej nie mogę iść :/
Po podłączeniu kabla USB, mint znajduje nową drukarkę automatycznie i dodaje ją do panelu drukarek.
W ustawieniach MINT Użytkownicy i grupy->mój użytkownik->zaawansowane->uprawnienia ... mam zaznaczone skanery
Trochę już jestem wyczerpany z pomysłów, jakakolwiek pomoc mile widziana.

Działa bez problemu na VUESCAN ... tyle że jest drogi :/ Dodano po pewnym czasie:

Chodzi mi o całkowite usunięcie wszystkich sterowników, plików z katalogu udev ... itp

Posiadam laptopa Acer Aspire V3-771G. Na pokładzie Intel i5-3210M, 4GB ram i dedykowana Nvidia GT630M. Problem polega na tym, że ta właśnie Nvidia jest uszkodzona, system ją widzi, instaluje nawet do niej sterowniki, ale nie wyświetla obrazu. Pod Windowsem ta karta w menadżerze była wyłączona i działo to sobie, ale z racji że chce przejść ostatecznie na Minta XFCE to sprawa się komplikuje. Ponieważ BIOS nie ma funkcji sprzętowego wyłączenia karty nvidia. Minta instalować muszę w trybie compatibility mode, a po instalacji uruchamiać z poleceniem nomodeset, co powoduje dziwne rzeczy tak mi się wydaje z wiatrakami i wydajnością sprzętową. W dodatkowych sterownikach widnieje cały czas ta nvidia. Szukam jakiegoś sprawdzonego sposobu na wyłączenie definitywne tej karty pod Mintem, tak żeby system uważał, że nie ma innej karty jak Intel HD.
