Z /usr/lib/modules zacząłbym od wykonania:

Od razu mówię jeśli będziesz używał flatpaków to radzę ROOT zrobić większy z 100-200GB (wiem z doświadczenia bo sam dałem 50GB i powoli myślę by przesunąć rozmiar z home

Od 15 lat mam partycje root 20GB i nigdy nie miałem problemu z miejscem.

Dodano po pewnym czasie:
To co głównie usunąłeś patrząc na to co napisałeś to cała masa kerneli (jąder). A co do migawek: zaplanuj sobie je mądrze i ustal jakieś wygodniejsze miejsce docelowe jeśli nie chcesz ich mieć na głównej partycji. Ja do tego używam zupełnie innego SSDka - ogólnie wyznaję zasadę (i Tobie też polecam) - lepiej mieć więcej niż mniej kopii, a już na pewno KOPIE (l.mn.) mieć musisz - w razie "wypadków" szybko wrócisz do działającego systemu (tutaj są sami fajnie goście i experci, który wciągają mnie nosie - oni jak coś Ci pomogą). Zdrówka i pozdrawiam.
