Na problemy z BT często pomaga zmiana menedżera BT z Blueberry na Blueman.

Zainstalowałem Bluemana i odinstalowałam Bluberry, ale teraz Manager Bluetooth nie chce się włączyć - nawet mimo restartu komputera.

Nie zaszkodzi także popróbować inne jądra Linuksa. Są jakieś narzekania na regresje w wersji 5.13.0-23 którą używasz więc wypróbuj także poprzednią wersję tego jądra 5.13.0-22.
Spróbuj także 5.11 a nawet 5.14-oem które można zainstalować poleceniem:

Program rozruchowy Grub automatycznie uruchamia najnowsze jądro więc jeżeli chcesz wypróbować starsze to trzeba je wybrać w menu Grub podczas startu komputera.
