nie ma płynnego obrazu w kamerze

Niby kamera działa. Tylko gdy patrzę na podgląd to widzę przy poruszaniu dłonią smugę. W windows 7 tego nie było. Instalowałem sterowniki i wszystko było ok. Czy jest możliwość załadowania tych sterowników w linuksie i jak to zrobić? Używałem Cheese, OBS Studio, Vokoscreen i w każdym z nich jest to samo.

Pokaż inxi -Fxz i lsusb uruchom terminal, odpal glxgears - niech się trochę pokręcą i podaj wyniki FPS, które się w terminalu wyświetlą.
