Lenovo G50-70 brak WIFI

Witam wszystkich serdecznie

Po wielu latach zdecydowałem się na powrót do Linuxa. Zainstalowałem sobie minta 19.1 (wcześniej miałem 13) i mam jeden problem. Mianowicie nie mogę włączyć wifi. Próbowałem wiele sposobów z tutoriali na youtube, czy też na innych forach. Po prostu  rynce opadajo. Od czego zacząć? Dodam że dystrybucja bardzo mi się podoba i chciałbym przewalczyć ten problem nie poddając się, nie chcę wracać do Win10.

Po wpisaniu komend zaczęło mielić, później niebieski ekran i musiałem ustawić hasło (jakieś safe boot czy coś takiego). była informacja że przy reebocie muszę ustawić identyczne hasło, więc reebot i znowu niebieski ekran oraz 4 opcje do wyboru. Wybrałem drugą z góry, dodałem hasło to co wcześniej ustawilem i ruszyło. Wifi działa, temat zamykam, będzie dla potomnych

To raczej nie jest dobry sposób.
Najlepiej instalować z repozytorii minta i podpiętych do niego repozytorii ubuntu (aktualnych).
Poradniki są na forum.
