Wine - brak klucza sprzętowego

Witam Wszystkich,

Chciałbym poprosić o pomoc w rozwiązaniu problemu z oprogramowaniem do projektowania wnętrz. 

Przy zakupie oprogramowania otrzymałem dwa USB :

1. USB : Oprogramowanie - gotowe do instalacji na systemie Windows ( 7,8,10 )
2. USB : Klucz sprzętowy oprogramowania

Przebieg instalacji na systemie widnows :

1. Instalujemy oprogramowanie z USB 1

Po zainstalowaniu uruchamiamy oprogramowanie i wkładamy klucz ( USB 2 )

Program wykrywa klucz i można ze spokojem zacząć prace .


Informacje o moim komputerze :

Asus GL703  ( specyfikacja https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/ROG-Strix-GL703/ )

System Operacyjny :  Linux Mint 19.3 Tricia

Problem :

Oprogramowanie na Linuxie instaluje się poprzez wine bez żadnego problemu , i uruchamia sie tez bez zadnego problemu .   Jedynym problemem jest to, ze klucz USB 2 , nie jest wykrywany przez system ( nie widać USB ) oraz przez program ( nie wykrywa USB )
