Założyłem nowe konto administratorskie i spróbowałem wykonać kolejny raz komendy do aplikacji Mouse Wheel Adjusment. Wynik jest jak widać pozytywny. Ostatnia komenda wyrzuca uwagę, a klikając w ikonkę z pulpitu dostaję infrmację "wystąpił błąd podczas uruchamiania programu".
